Dear Silk and Clean representative.
I really don?t usually do this, but I have to write and tell you just how amazed and impressed I am with Silk and Clean (I sound like a bad TV ad, but it's so true ?). I actually work for Tie Rack and have been told by co-workers how incredible the product is, and I?ve passed that on to customers, but I?d never used until today.

I bought a silk chiffon dress a month ago to wear to two special occasions. I got through one without any problems at all. The second was a different story. I was going to Henley Royal Regatta with some friends and we brought a picnic which we put into the boot of a friend?s car. Unbeknownst to us, his container of motor-oil was leaking in the boot. Most of the food was in carrier bags and those weren?t affected anyway, but the bottles of wine laid on their side on the bottom. When I picked up the black bottle of champagne I had no idea there was anything on it until too late. Not much got on my dress, but it was heartbreaking enough. That was on Sunday, late morning. I finally bought some silk and clean today at work and have just used it (Friday late afternoon), and 3 sachets later the stain is gone!!! Motor oil as well!!! Thank you. I will be using this story to recommend this product to all of my customers now?

I am simply gobsmacked.

Would love to order another box of you tie cleaners. Do they have a shelf life in terms of how long they last unopened?

I have bought some silk and clean stain remover mini boxes for my husband who keeps them in his brief case. He has found them to be very useful and effective and we would like to get some more. The shop that I purchased them from is out of business. Is there somewhere in the city of London that my husband could purchase them from or could we possibly order some on line?
